Who We Are

Kraive is a self-hosted AI prompt and workflow organizer developed and distributed by Ma Conception, based in Canada. This notice applies specifically to this self-hosted Kraive installation, which runs entirely on your own hosting environment.

What Kraive/Ma Conception Does Not Receive From This Installation

Ma Conception does not receive your prompts, uploads, generated files, workflow content, app usage analytics, or user accounts from this installation. Everything you create and store in this app stays in your own database and filesystem.

The only external communication this installation makes is a daily license verification request to confirm your license key is valid. This request includes your license key, your domain name, and the application version. No personal data or application content is transmitted.

Where Your Data Stays

Data entered into this installation (account information, plays, workflows, media, and session data) stays in your own database and filesystem, unless you export it, share it, back it up, or configure your own hosting or third-party services otherwise.

Cookies This Installation Uses

This installation uses essential cookies only:

Session cookie: keeps you signed in
CSRF token: protects against cross-site request forgery
Consent cookie: remembers that you've dismissed the cookie notice
Interface preference cookies: such as light/dark theme

This self-hosted customer package does not include Google Analytics, Hotjar, advertising pixels, or any third-party behavioral tracking scripts.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights over your own data held in this installation:

Kraive-Operated Services

Kraive-operated websites, checkout, demo, support, or email systems may use separate third-party services under their own privacy practices. Those systems are separate from this self-hosted installation.
